Shipping Info: Your order will ship out within 3 business days after it is received. We do not ship on most major holidays and Sundays since German post offices are closed on those days, but will do so as soon as they're back open.

All orders will ship with Deutsche Post/DHL.
Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at contact@carcinizer.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, apply the sticker or open the CD. CDs can only be returned when unopened and the seal is intact.

Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on packaging such as bent corners or cracked CD covers.
